Sterling HR Consulting is a highly successful world-wide recruiting firm. YourDotCom was engaged to renew their out-dated web site and present a new more professional looking image. The site was completely redesigned with new graphics, photographs and content. An important feature of this site is the search, display and ability to respond to open positions. There is an administrative tool which allows Sterling to add and remove job postings.

The site is HTML/ASP-based, with an underlying SQL Server database. In addition, YourDotCom implemented several sophisticated resume upload and email forwarding features.
